After booking your trip, there are only a few things left to do to guarantee a great time.

Before departure, I will go over the safety items, and then have each person show their license. You will need a State of Wisconsin fishing license and a Great Lakes trout and salmon stamp in order to fish. You do not need to have a license to come with, but only those licensed will be allowed to participate in fishing activities. This includes setting lines, catching or netting fish. These licenses, for both resident and non-residents, can be purchased and printed online. They are also available at retail outlets or sporting good stores. I DO NOT have license selling capabilities on board.

Each trip is 4 hours in duration, or to a limit. AM charters will leave 1 hour before sunrise. PM charters will leave approximately 3 hours before sunset. I am often asked, and in my opinion, the AM charter is the best. We catch fish on both, but in my opinion the morning bite with the sunrise in the background is the best.

Please be on time and ready to catch fish. Time is from dock to dock. Dress appropriate to the weather conditions. I have little to no extra personal clothing on board. Our boat has a non-skid vinyl floor, soft soled shoes are a must.

All equipment is provided. Bring food or beverage if desired. NO BANANA’S!! Call me superstitious, but the last one that got snuck on without my knowledge resulted in a sea sick passenger and a small craft advisory out of the blue!

Alcohol…. Is ok within reason and lawful. This is NOT a booze cruise. Intoxication to a level that compromises safety will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to end any trip, at any time, due to excessive intoxication with NO REFUND.

We will clean the catch after photo’s. Please bring a cooler to take your catch home in.
